Online Communities

As a longtime member of facebook, I am choosing to write not about joining a new community but my experiences with my old standby. I think it would be really interesting to see how facebook, a framework that many adolescents are closely familiar with, can be used to support learning both in and out of the classroom. Bonnie and I explored this a little with our curriculum project (facebook profiles), but it would be interesting to see what other ways it could be used.
